Peace and quiet,
Drops of silent rain
Begin to pour and drain
What is left of my brain.
I am lost in confusion again.
I begin to walk into the light,
As I fall deep into the night,
I dream of some end in sight.
No hope, no precious delight.
Soundless and quiet.
In search of something lost I run,
A life filled with laughter and fun,
But no battle is left there for anyone.
I wish I could once come undone.
